Georgia did not discover wine. Wine discovered Georgia. The Alazani valley, the volcanic soils of Kakheti, the ancient varietals — Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Mtsvane — they carry a memory older than writing.
At Dzalisi, near Georgia's ancient capital Mtskheta, a Roman mosaic floor depicting Dionysus and Ariadne was uncovered beneath centuries of earth. Reimagined as a modern label, the ancient stonework was reborn — the Georgia silhouette cradling the scene like a vessel holds wine. Not imitation. Resurrection.
From three continents to one valley. They came with ambition, a reverence for the unknown, and a desire to create something that hadn't existed before — a winery that could hold the depth of Georgian heritage and the clarity of a global perspective simultaneously.
